Companies are invited to submit an executive summary or business plan to mail@nausicaa-ventures.be or contact one of the fund’s Partners.
The company will then meet with Nausicaa’s investment team and submit a detailed business plan covering the following topics:
- the company’s leadership team and relevant experience
- products and technology, including potential development
- market potential and value proposition
- business model, cost structure and pricing
- current and potential competitors
- intellectual property
- financial plan and assumptions
- use of investment funds
- shareholders’ structure and shareholder’s rights
